Thank you for donating a Holiday craft or gift item for our first-ever Virtual Holiday Craft & Gift Fair. Please complete this form and bring your item(s) to our office by November 5th. The proceeds from your donation will benefit the Down Syndrome Connection of the Bay Area. 

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Danville, and our Tax ID # is 91-1904304. We are NOT and have never been government funded. We can assure you that ANY gift you give makes a significant impact to our members and helps keep our services available to the Down syndrome community.
